Chandra’s Residence – A Contemporary Cultural Haven

Rooted in tradition and dressed in modernity, Chandra’s Residence is a striking example of how thoughtful design can harmonize cultural sensibilities with contemporary aesthetics. This bespoke 3BHK interior project was conceived as a timeless sanctuary—bold, inviting, and personal.

The living area opens with a dramatic stucco accent wall in soft grey hues, detailed with elegant brass inlay work, setting the stage for the home's refined material palette. Directly opposite, a custom-designed TV unit echoes the linear language of the accent wall, integrating textured wall cladding and high-gloss acrylic cabinetry with subtle iridescent finishes. Functional sophistication is embedded through soft-touch hardware and seamless storage solutions, all tailored to ergonomic precision.

The layout and furniture placement were meticulously planned to align with sightlines, natural lighting, and spatial flow. Every piece—from the modular sofa to the handcrafted coffee table—was designed or curated to fit exact dimensions and enhance user comfort.

Transitioning from the living area, the entry corridor introduces a symmetrical design expression through bronze-framed wall panelling. A sleek ledge for florals or welcoming accents adds purpose to the passage, balancing aesthetics with function. Throughout the home, bold wallpapers, striking pops of color, and layered textures create an eclectic narrative that feels cohesive and curated.
